BTL Activation Executive (Assistant Manager)

About the role

The BTL Activation Executive will plan, execute and manage on‑ground brand activations for Elmore Beauty, driving visibility, consumer engagement and sales. The role involves coordinating events such as mall activations, pop‑up stores, sampling activities and outdoor advertising, while ensuring brand standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement BTL campaigns including mall activations, exhibitions, kiosks, pop‑up stores and sampling.
• Collaborate with creative and production agencies to produce branding material, event setups and promotional collateral.
• Negotiate and liaise with event organizers, mall managers and outdoor vendors to secure optimal placements and rates.
• Recruit, train and supervise promoters, brand ambassadors and activation teams.
• Monitor event performance, collect leads and generate daily/weekly activation reports.
• Ensure compliance with branding standards and product display guidelines at all activation sites.
• Align activation strategies with sales and marketing objectives.
• Manage BTL budgets, delivering cost‑effective executions without compromising quality.
• Analyse post‑activation data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management or brand activations, preferably in FMCG, beauty or retail.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently across cities.
