BTL Activation Executive (Assistant Manager)

About the role

The BTL Activation Executive will plan, execute and manage on‑ground brand activations to increase Elmore Beauty’s visibility, consumer engagement and sales. This role involves coordinating events, vendors and brand ambassadors while ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL campaigns such as mall activations, exhibitions, kiosks, pop‑up stores and sampling activities.
• Coordinate with creative and production agencies for branding material, event setups and promotional collateral.
• Negotiate and liaise with event organizers, mall management and outdoor vendors for optimal placements and deals.
• Recruit, train and manage promoters, brand ambassadors and activation teams.
• Monitor event performance, collect leads and produce daily/weekly activation reports.
• Ensure branding standards and product display guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align activation strategies with sales objectives.
• Manage BTL budgets, delivering cost‑effective executions without compromising quality.
• Analyze post‑activation data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Oversee outdoor advertising, in‑store branding, stands and related assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management or brand activations, preferably in FMCG, beauty or retail.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for activations across cities.
