Building Management Systems (BMS) Operator

About the role

JES Instrumentation & Controls is seeking a motivated Building Management Systems (BMS) Operator to join its team in Karachi. The operator will be responsible for monitoring and managing the day‑to‑day operation of building automation equipment, ensuring optimal performance and comfort for occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor BMS dashboards and respond to alarms or alerts.
• Perform routine checks, data logging, and basic troubleshooting of building control systems.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with senior technicians when deeper interventions are required.
• Document system performance, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Assist in the implementation of energy‑saving measures through system optimization.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or HVAC.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi and follow safety procedures.
