About the role

We are seeking a Buildings Finishing Works Expert to lead the execution of high‑end interior finishes for luxury residential and commercial projects in Islamabad. The role involves close collaboration with designers, consultants and client representatives to ensure that all finishing works meet the required quality and aesthetic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site finishing activities for luxury residential and commercial buildings.
• Prepare and review detailed shop drawings and coordination documents.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants and client representatives to resolve design and execution issues.
• Monitor workmanship, material quality and schedule adherence.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works of luxury residential/commercial projects.
• Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
