Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will work on‑site in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, partnering with managers, internal teams and external stakeholders to understand business needs and drive improvements. You will analyse processes, model data and propose strategic changes that enhance efficiency and value.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with managers to capture business requirements and document current processes.
• Analyse findings, model data and suggest operational and strategic improvements.
• Assess costs, benefits and risks of proposed changes and obtain senior‑management approval.
• Coordinate testing, quality checks and support staff during implementation.
• Communicate benefits and address concerns across departments.
• Produce clear documentation such as user stories, process flows and business requirements.
• Monitor and report on the impact of changes after rollout.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
• Experience working under pressure on multiple projects.
