Business Attorney – Remote Contract Role

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Business Attorney to join a leading technology and internet company on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting high‑volume commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including service and partnership contracts.
• Ensure all agreements comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align contract terms with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all legal agreements.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum three years of experience in transactional law.
• Strong analytical ability to assess complex legal documents.
