Business Developer

About the role

Solvo Engineers is seeking a proactive Business Developer to help expand its market presence in the engineering simulation sector. You will work closely with technical teams to translate complex engineering services into compelling business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client‑facing materials.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand service offerings and communicate value propositions effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and convey them clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
