Business Developer – On‑Site

About the role

This high‑impact, target‑driven Business Developer role focuses on generating new revenue and securing strategic partnerships across Europe and North America. You will own the full sales cycle, building opportunities from scratch and expanding VQ’s presence in international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new account acquisition and expansion.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline operating at 3–5× revenue targets via outbound prospecting, networking, trade events, LinkedIn outreach and market research.
• Identify, engage and secure partnerships with retailers, distributors, buying groups, marketplaces and e‑commerce platforms.
• Lead the complete sales process from prospecting to presentations, negotiations, onboarding and account launch.
• Drive entry into new territories and channels by pinpointing high‑potential partners and executing market expansion initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that support sustainable long‑term growth.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, sales pitches and proposals to position VQ and its licensed portfolio as preferred partners.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with buyers, category managers, distributors and senior stakeholders across international markets.

Required profile

• Ambitious and commercially driven with a proven track record in business development or sales.
• Comfortable building opportunities from scratch and proactively opening doors.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end sales cycles and negotiate complex agreements.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
