Business Development Associate – Fresh Graduate

About the role

NSOL BPO is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join its team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in business development and international client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in international markets.
• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, social media and other prospecting platforms.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn and other channels, and support email‑marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate prospect lists and record outreach activities.
• Work towards assigned lead‑generation targets and continuously improve prospecting techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Self‑motivated, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced onsite environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Familiarity with Apollo or similar lead‑generation tools.
• Experience with CRM systems and email‑marketing platforms (preferred).
