Business Development Associate – Healthcare RCM

About the role

OctaMD is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to help expand its presence in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) sector. The role focuses on identifying new client opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and supporting the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and contact potential clients and business opportunities in the healthcare RCM market.
• Generate leads through prospecting, outreach and market research, and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
• Build and nurture relationships with practice managers and healthcare providers.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations showcasing OctaMD’s services.
• Assist in proposal preparation and coordinate with internal teams to align services with client requirements.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 0.5–1 year of experience in business development, sales or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite, manage multiple priorities and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
