Business Development Associate - Junior (UAE Focus)

About the role

Accountax is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join its growing sales team, focusing on the UAE market. The role suits fresh graduates and early-career professionals wanting to build a career in B2B sales, work with international clients and earn commissions based on performance. It is an onsite position in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for UAE-based clients through outbound calls and outreach.
• Schedule meetings and product/service presentations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to improve conversions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales activity targets.
• Build professional relationships with international clients.
• Coordinate with senior sales team members to support deal closures.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English is mandatory; candidates who cannot speak English confidently will not be considered.
• No prior knowledge of the UAE financial market is required; training is provided.
• Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome.

What we offer
