Business Development – Australian Market (Remote)

About the role
Grow10X is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to focus on the Australian market. This remote position involves outbound cold calling to generate qualified leads for B2B SaaS technology clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to Australian prospects during 6 am – 3 pm PST.
- Identify and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
- Book demos and hand over qualified opportunities to the client’s sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Neutral accent suitable for English‑speaking prospects.
- Ability to work remotely and adhere to the specified schedule.
- Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of 150,000 PKR per month.
- Additional commission of 10,000 PKR for each booked demo.
