Business Development Executive - Client Acquisition

About the role

An experienced Business Development Executive is sought to own the complete business development pipeline and bring new clients for Digital Marketing Services. The role is on-site in R-Block, Model Town, Lahore, with a shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (US time zone).

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full business development process from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and generate potential client leads through relevant platforms and outreach channels.
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs and conduct discovery and sales calls.
• Present Digital Marketing Services and handle follow-ups, negotiations, objections and closing.
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and meet monthly lead generation and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Comfortable dealing with international clients; a proven track record of closing international clients is an advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven.

Required skills

• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
• Expertise in their sales/BD niche; comfort with Meta Ads, SEO, PPC or social media marketing is an advantage.
