Business Development Executive – Construction (Islamabad)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our construction company in Islamabad. The role focuses on generating new project opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and contractors, and driving proposals to successful closures.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for construction projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors.
- Prepare project proposals and conduct follow‑up communications.
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the construction sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Own vehicle preferred.
