Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing

About the role

The Catalyst Labs by AlZahraGroups is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth for its e‑commerce clients across Pakistan. This remote position focuses on acquiring new retail and e‑commerce accounts, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions, and closing deals that meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential e‑commerce and retail clients in Faisalabad and surrounding areas through online outreach, networking, and market research.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines using a CRM, ensuring timely follow‑up and smooth handoffs to delivery teams.
• Conduct consultative meetings (virtual and occasional on‑site) to understand client goals, present customized digital marketing proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign scopes, set KPIs, and estimate budgets and timelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven business development or sales experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce services, or agency environments.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and qualification via LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
• Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, solution mapping, proposal writing, and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple client accounts.
