Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing

About the role

Netizen Media is looking for a confident, energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to acquire local clients across Karachi. The role is on-site and focuses on building relationships with businesses and converting prospects into paying clients. Monthly earning potential is stated as up to PKR 100,000, with attractive performance-based commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads in Karachi
• Approach businesses through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients
• Understand client needs and propose digital marketing solutions
• Present social media marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, website development and CRM services
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow-ups, negotiate terms and close deals
• Maintain the sales pipeline in CRM and build long-term relationships with local businesses
• Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets

Required profile

• 1-2+ years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition preferred
• Strong understanding of the Karachi business market
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face meetings
• Good command of English and Urdu
• Agency or B2B sales experience preferred

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage
