Business Development Executive – Forex & Crypto

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive client acquisition and build strong relationships in the forex and cryptocurrency trading markets across Pakistan. Working closely with sales support, marketing and product teams, the role focuses on converting leads into active clients while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and acquire new clients for forex and crypto trading.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, partners and Introducing Brokers.
• Provide product guidance, platform demonstrations and account setup support.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets for client acquisition, deposits and trading volumes.
• Track and report sales metrics, pipeline activity and support incentive calculations.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotional activities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, trading trends and client preferences.
• Ensure client onboarding complies with KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development or client relationship roles, preferably in forex, crypto or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5 or cTrader.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for client management.
