Business Development Executive – Gujranwala Division

About the role

BM Pakistan is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its presence across the Gujranwala Division. You will promote the company’s portfolio of natural and homeopathic medicines, building strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Expand BM Pakistan’s market presence throughout the Gujranwala Division.
• Promote and develop the portfolio of natural and homeopathic medicines across the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, retailers, distributors and other key business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop sustainable sales channels to support long‑term growth.
• Work toward achieving assigned business development and sales objectives.
• Conduct product presentations and promotional activities to increase awareness of the product portfolio.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while exploring opportunities to expand market reach.
• Represent BM Pakistan with professionalism, integrity and a commitment to excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong networking abilities and a track record of building lasting professional relationships.
• Ability to analyse market data and competitor information to drive strategic decisions.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
