Business Development Executive - International Courier

About the role

Cougar Courier Xpress is a logistics and courier company offering international shipping with real-time tracking and cross-border services for businesses and individuals. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Lahore to identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and build a sales pipeline for its international courier and logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals, conduct presentations and negotiate contracts aligned with company objectives.
• Manage key accounts and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality.
• Track performance metrics, provide market feedback and contribute to initiatives that drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong skills in new business development and lead generation, able to turn prospects into long-term clients.
• Solid business acumen, understanding logistics solutions, pricing models and market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and active listening skills.
• Experience in account management and a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably B2B.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple priorities and meet targets within timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Basic data analysis to track performance and report results.
