About the role
The Business Development Executive will drive growth for Befiler by promoting its digital compliance platform to both new and existing clients. This role focuses on generating leads, converting them into sales, and building lasting relationships to support the company’s mission of simplifying business and tax compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Present and promote Befiler’s services to potential and existing clients.
- Conduct outbound calls and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong listening and problem‑solving abilities.
- Target‑oriented with a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
