Business Development Executive

About the role

Auto Nexus Pro is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive automobile sales in Karachi. The position is on‑site, full‑time, and involves generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals in a fast‑paced, night‑shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through cold calling and lead generation activities.
• Qualify and nurture leads using CRM tools to maintain an organized pipeline.
• Present vehicle features, conduct product demonstrations, and address customer inquiries.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Handle objections, follow up with prospects, and ensure smooth deal progression.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and report customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet performance incentives and overall sales goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Proven track record in lead generation and cold‑calling.
• Ability to work night shifts and travel as needed.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets.
