Business Development Executive

About the role

Elements is an interior fit‑out, construction, renovation and furniture execution company based in Karachi. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to grow our B2B client base and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business leads within corporate offices, retail, hospitality and developer sectors.
• Qualify opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM, track progress and forecast revenue.
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, tailored emails and LinkedIn to decision‑makers.
• Arrange and lead client meetings, site visits and presentations to understand requirements and propose fit‑out and furniture solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, scope outlines and cost estimates in coordination with estimation and operations teams.
• Negotiate contract terms, manage contract processes and hand over projects to the delivery team.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in interior fit‑out, construction, furniture or related built‑environment sectors.
• Strong lead‑generation skills including cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Ability to qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline and use CRM tools for tracking.
• Good commercial awareness with experience preparing proposals and basic cost estimation.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Organized, target‑driven and capable of working independently with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with the Karachi market and relevant client segments.
