Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will support a UAE‑based accounting and business advisory firm by generating new client opportunities and nurturing relationships in the Islamabad market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails and WhatsApp messages to generate leads and follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Identify decision‑makers, assess client requirements, establish urgency and determine service fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales management and maintain meticulous records of prospects, pipeline stages and activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to prepare proposals, quotations and support the onboarding process.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with prospects, clients and referral partners to build a long‑term network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Commerce.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, customer service or business coordination.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Exposure to the UAE market and services such as accounting, taxation, audit, corporate services or company formation is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software for managing prospects and pipeline.
• Internet research and professional email etiquette.
