Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team on a permanent basis. You will play a key part in expanding our presence in the Pakistani market, building strong client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed lead generation and revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Cultivate long‑lasting client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to spot trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools, especially Salesforce, to track leads, manage interactions, and analyse performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce (B.Com.) or Computer Science (BCS).
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development or a sales‑focused role.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English; Urdu proficiency is a plus.
• Basic financial modelling and solid business acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
