Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Lake City, Lahore. The role focuses on generating B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, qualifying prospects, and setting up discovery meetings for our technical services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify qualified prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and build targeted lead lists with Apollo.io, Hunter.io or similar tools.
• Create personalized outreach messages and follow‑up sequences.
• Manage leads and activities through CRM platforms, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Qualify prospects, conduct initial screening calls, and convert conversations into scheduled meetings.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups and meet weekly/monthly outreach KPIs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to hand over qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, and client communication.
• Strong written and spoken English with confidence in handling client screening calls.
• Good understanding of web development, mobile applications, AI automation, SaaS, and software development services.
• Target‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently on an onsite schedule (6 PM – 3 AM).
