Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive sales and revenue for NOWPDP’s Social Enterprise Unit, focusing on the Textile Production and Wheelchair Units. The role involves identifying new markets, acquiring corporate and institutional clients, and converting opportunities into long‑term orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue B2B, corporate, healthcare, industrial and bulk‑order opportunities for both the Textile and Wheelchair units.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads, proposals, negotiations and confirmed orders, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product pitches; prepare quotations and commercial offers.
• Develop new customer segments, geographic markets and recurring institutional contracts.
• Coordinate with production teams on specifications, pricing, capacity, lead times and delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client database and regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 2–4 years proven experience in business development, B2B or corporate sales.
• Experience in textiles, garments, medical equipment or related B2B industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel within and outside Karachi as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM or sales‑pipeline management tools.
