Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, goal‑oriented Business Development Executive to drive direct B2B sales of our proprietary ERP software. You will engage with business owners and senior managers, understand their operational challenges, and demonstrate how our solution can streamline their processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily on‑field visits, knock on doors and initiate conversations with company decision‑makers.
• Identify, qualify and generate high‑potential leads through direct outreach, cold‑calling and networking.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations and high‑level demonstrations of the ERP solution.
• Map client business processes, pain points and software requirements during discovery discussions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close deals and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends and relay client feedback to product teams.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to encourage referrals, expansions and renewals.
• Track activities, meetings and pipeline in the CRM and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on B2B direct sales experience, preferably selling IT, SaaS or ERP products.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness and energy for daily field movement, door‑to‑door visits and face‑to‑face networking.
• Ability to quickly master ERP software features and explain technical concepts to non‑technical decision‑makers.
• Personal conveyance (motorcycle or car) required for daily client visits.
