About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based at EFU Life Assurance in Karachi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads and build a strong pipeline of individual and corporate clients for life insurance and financial planning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and networking to generate prospective client leads.
- Present life insurance and financial planning solutions to clients and manage relationships to support retention and growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, onboard new clients and maintain accurate sales records.
Required profile
- Proven experience in new business development, lead generation and account management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities.
- Customer‑focused, able to achieve ambitious sales targets and work collaboratively with internal teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Competent use of MS Office applications.
