Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will work on‑site in Lahore, focusing on driving growth within the digital and blockchain ecosystem. You will identify new opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, Upwork and Fiverr, and write customized proposals.
• Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns, schedule discovery calls, and follow up with prospects.
• Conduct market research on trends, collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare business development reports and contribute to long‑term growth strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and generating leads via LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑driven.
