Business Development Executive - Life Insurance

About the role

Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited, a public limited company listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Chara. The role identifies and pursues new business, generates leads and builds a pipeline of individual and corporate clients. Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Meet prospective customers, present insurance products, prepare proposals and follow up to close sales in line with company targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and support account management activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales service.
• Document activities, report performance metrics and suggest improvements to sales strategy and market reach.

Required profile

• Ideally prior experience in sales, insurance, banking or financial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field preferred; sales or insurance certifications are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and ability to work independently and in a team in an on-site environment.
