Business Development Executive - Local Sales

About the role

A digital services company is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate local business and acquire clients across Pakistan. The role is based on site in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi, full-time, and suits someone confident in approaching businesses, generating leads, talking to decision-makers, holding meetings and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business clients across Pakistan.
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and physical visits.
• Contact business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Arrange client meetings and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate prices and close deals.
• Maintain client relationships and generate repeat business.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience selling digital services or IT solutions is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in Urdu and English.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
• Confidence communicating with clients by call and in person.

What we offer

• Starting monthly salary of PKR 20,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based commission.
• Additional incentives for achieving sales targets.
