Business Development Executive – Logistics & Freight

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive sales growth for Cargo Solution Services' air and sea freight, as well as door‑to‑door logistics solutions. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to capture new business and nurture existing relationships in a fast‑moving logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights within logistics and supply chain.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meeting individual and team targets.
• Use CRM software to record activities, track client interactions and monitor performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing actionable insights.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
• Negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals while protecting company interests.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics or freight services.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results‑oriented with a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking sales activities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 65,000.
• Commission of 30% on sales above target.
• Petrol and conveyance allowances included in the salary package.
