About the role
Flink Freight Logistics is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales in the logistics sector. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, promoting our air, ocean, and OTR freight services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics industry.
- Manage and coordinate B2B sales operations and client interactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and conduct timely follow‑ups.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain proper documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Urdu.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Preferably prior experience in logistics or transportation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools.
