Business Development Executive - Medical Billing

About the role

Keystone Medics offers customized medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for healthcare practices, clinics, specialty groups and large facilities. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive / Sales Representative in Lahore to drive business growth for its medical billing and RCM services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects and generate leads through outreach and networking.
• Present service offerings to healthcare practices and facilities.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver sales presentations and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Build long-term client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding.
• Meet defined sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in medical billing, healthcare or related services.
• Understanding of medical billing, RCM processes or healthcare operations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field is preferred.
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
