Business Development Executive (Medical Billing)

About the role

A growing healthcare services company is looking for a Business Development Executive (Medical Billing) to generate and qualify new business opportunities in the healthcare industry. The position is remote, based in Rawalpindi, with a shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the healthcare industry.
• Conduct professional cold calls, sales presentations and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong confidence in cold calling, inbound and outbound sales.
• Ability to build relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• English required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Medical Billing, RCM or Credentialing is highly preferred.

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 85,000 to 160,000 depending on experience and performance.
