Business Development Executive - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to work the night shift and drive B2B sales growth. You will receive qualified leads and be responsible for converting them into satisfied customers through professional communication and strategic sales efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales KPIs, including calls, emails, and proposals.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Achieve and over‑achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop strong, professional relationships with new and existing customers.
• Adhere to all internal rules, policies, and ethical standards.
• Utilise provided leads to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of B2B sales experience.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• A bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
