About the role
Comtanix, a fast‑growing BPO, is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join its night‑shift team in Rawalpindi. You will focus on re‑engaging stalled leads, booking qualified appointments and ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Re‑engage and re‑qualify stalled AE leads through structured multi‑touch outreach.
- Book qualified appointments and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Handle objections using consultative, value‑aligned messaging.
- Maintain clean CRM data and provide strong pipeline visibility.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Disciplined follow‑up habits and strong consultative communication skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with cloud‑based solutions (Microsoft, AWS, or Google preferred).
