Business Development Executive (Outbound Sales Closer)

About the role

Forth Labs, an AI products lab in Islamabad that builds software sold to international clients, is hiring a Business Development Executive to run outbound sales. You will take a prospect from the first call to a signed deal; every client is based abroad and every call is in English. The role pays a basic salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound calls to international prospects
• Qualify leads and understand what each business needs
• Pitch the products clearly and confidently
• Handle objections and close deals on the phone
• Follow up consistently and keep the pipeline moving
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads and deals
• Work with the team on outreach strategy and targets

Required profile

• At least 6 months of phone sales experience
• Fluent spoken English that holds up on long, unscripted calls
• Comfort with rejection and persistence
• Results-driven attitude and a liking for targets

Nice to have

• SaaS or software sales experience
• Experience selling to the US, UK or other international markets
• Familiarity with CRM tools
