Business Development Executive (UK & US Markets)

About the role

A confident, results-driven Business Development Executive is sought for an on-site position in Bahria Town, Lahore, working Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The role focuses on B2B sales, cold calling and international client outreach, generating leads, promoting company services and driving business growth in international markets. Pay is PKR 70,000 to 80,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and business development activities targeting UK and US markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Present company services and communicate their value to prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and recommend suitable solutions to their needs.
• Handle objections, negotiate with prospects and convert leads into clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Telesales or Cold Calling (mandatory).
• Proven experience in B2B sales and international client outreach (mandatory).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, CRM tools or email outreach is a plus; prior experience in an international sales or call center environment is preferred.
