Business Development Executive – Upwork Bidding (Night Shift)

About the role

Zeltrix Digital is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to focus on Upwork bidding for web development, design, and digital marketing projects targeting the US market. The position works night shift from 9 PM to 5 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a bidding strategy to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Write compelling, customized proposals and cover letters for web development, design, and digital marketing projects.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Maintain and update the CRM daily, tracking pipeline activity.
• Report performance metrics to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction.
• Stay current on Upwork algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience bidding on Upwork for web development, design, or digital marketing projects.
• Strong proposal and cover‑letter writing skills with a proven track record of winning clients.
• Solid understanding of web development, UI/UX, branding, and digital marketing services.
• Comfortable working independently during night‑shift hours.
• Target‑driven with the ability to generate monthly recurring revenue.
