Business Development Executive – US Logistics (Night Shift)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our US trucking dispatch team. Based in Jhang, Pakistan, you will work night‑shift hours to support the US logistics market, handling client outreach and sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients in the US trucking and dispatch sector.
- Present service offerings, negotiate terms and close sales.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM records.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Required profile
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- Confidence in speaking and a strong sales mindset.
- Fundamental computer and internet skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
