Business Development Head B2G – South

About the role

The Business Development Head (B2G) for the South region will lead JazzCash’s expansion into government and public‑sector markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, mentor a team of Business Development Managers, and drive revenue growth across Karachi and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals and regional opportunities.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue market segments within the government, NGOs, and INGO sectors.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a high‑performing business development team, setting clear KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Design and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Act as the primary advocate for JazzCash with government entities, regulators, and public‑sector stakeholders.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships to increase brand visibility and support business objectives.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2G or government‑focused business development.
• Strong strategic vision with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent mentorship and team‑building capabilities.
• Exceptional diplomacy, networking, and persuasion skills for engaging public‑sector stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex environments.
