Business Development Intern

About the role

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Intern to join our fast‑paced trucking and dispatching team. This hands‑on internship offers real‑world logistics experience while developing strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source potential carrier partners to expand the network.
• Conduct outreach and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Manage the onboarding process by collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate carrier documentation and agreements.
• Provide guidance and support to carriers for a smooth integration experience.
• Collaborate with the team to meet supply targets and ensure seamless integration of new carriers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to handle pressure.
