Business Development Intern

About the role

Noxvera Tech, a software and technology company based in Faisalabad, is seeking a Business Development Intern to support its growth initiatives. The remote‑friendly position provides practical exposure to software services, AI‑enabled products, international markets, and modern business development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Research target industries, companies, decision‑makers and emerging software needs.
• Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through online research and structured outreach.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, capability summaries and client communication materials.
• Maintain accurate prospect, lead and follow‑up records in internal tracking systems.
• Support competitor analysis, market mapping and reporting on business development activities.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to understand services and present relevant solutions.
• Participate in virtual meetings and help document requirements, next steps and action items.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Interest in software products, web and mobile applications, AI solutions, automation or technology services.
• Ability to conduct online market research and identify relevant prospects.
• Basic understanding of lead qualification, sales funnels and client discovery.
• Confidence using spreadsheets, presentation tools and web research platforms.
• Organized approach to maintaining lead data, preparing reports and tracking activities.
• Ability to write concise professional messages and summarize client or market information.
• Curiosity, initiative, adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑moving software company.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
