Business Development Manager (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales initiatives. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across target industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Identify, qualify, and close high‑value B2B opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers at enterprise‑level accounts.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design customized client solutions.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA a plus).
• 4‑5 years of proven business development experience with a strong B2B focus.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and managing enterprise‑level accounts.
• Experience working with C‑level executives and decision‑makers.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

• Salesforce (CRM) and pipeline management.
