Business Development Manager – EV Charging Solutions (Pakistan)

About the role

CITA EV Charger is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to drive growth of its EV charging portfolio across Pakistan. The role blends market research, client relationship building, and strategic partnership development to expand the company’s presence in residential, commercial, fleet and public charging segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging solutions throughout Pakistan.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, real‑estate developers, fuel stations, fleet operators, government bodies, hotels, malls and other commercial clients.
• Prepare market research, trend analysis and competitor insights to inform sales strategy.
• Generate leads, create customized proposals, deliver technical presentations and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, technical and operations teams to align solutions with market needs.
• Represent CITA EV Charger at industry exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline reporting using CRM tools.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and manage after‑sales relationships.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships, preferably in the EV or energy sector.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing complex B2B negotiations.
• Hands‑on experience with PPRA tendering procedures, bid documentation and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
