EFU Life Assurance is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in Faisalabad. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s market expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate high‑quality leads through research, networking and market analysis.
• Conduct competitive analysis to monitor market trends and adjust strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to support sales and operational goals.
• Analyze market data to pinpoint areas for expansion and customer demand.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align development activities with company objectives.
• Track and report progress against business development KPIs.
• Work independently, maintaining self‑discipline and motivation to exceed targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in business development or related sales functions.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitive landscape.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
