Business Development Manager (Hybrid, Karachi)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and accelerate Bionic Talent’s growth. The role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships with CEOs, founders and hiring managers, and closing recruitment partnership deals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers such as CEOs, founders and hiring managers.
• Conduct discovery meetings, sales presentations and propose recruitment solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close new business consistently.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while representing Bionic Talent professionally.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience selling recruitment, HR, SaaS or professional services is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a hybrid setting in Karachi.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 150,000 per month.
• Uncapped USD‑pegged commission on every closed sale.
