About the role
The Business Development & Sales Manager is a senior execution and strategy role focused on expanding Shipco Transport's commercial footprint, acquiring and managing key export clients, and mentoring junior team members.

- Volume development and sales execution
- Client relationship management
- Operation & documentation
- Reporting & digital discipline
- Market intelligence & strategy
- Team leadership & mentorship
- Administrative compliance
Required profile
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong network with freight forwarder players in the market
- Good knowledge of local and international governmental, customs, ocean and hazardous cargo regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fast learner
