Business Development Manager – International Sales & Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive international sales and lead generation for our digital marketing and software development services. The role is remote and performance‑driven, focusing on acquiring new clients worldwide and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified international leads through outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels.
• Identify businesses that need digital marketing, website, mobile app, AI, and creative solutions.
• Conduct cold outreach, book qualified appointments and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop customized outreach strategies for different industries and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Close deals independently or support the sales team on high‑value contracts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular sales reports.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B international sales, preferably selling agency services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and software development offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet KPIs and manage a remote workload.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
